Dr. Barbara Torre Veltri is an associate professor at Northern Arizona University where she teaches undergraduates-doctoral courses: contexts of schooling,curriculum and social studies methods. Her research interests include educational policy as they effect alternative pathways to teaching.
Publications include an award winning book, book chapters, peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings U.S. and globally.
She was named to the U.S. Fulbright Education Expert Roster through 2020.
She has consulted with school districts from Seattle, WA to Scarsdale, New York.
